Main drive structure simple, durable, spline main shaft adopt 8 divide slot, diameter up to 64mm, steady, large torque, longer life.
2. Dragging parts adopt Taiwan (Delta) servo motor intelligent dragging, running steady and accurately. Can automatic adjust stroke, and make color-code track, adjustable stroke range is 40-200mm.
3. PVC and Alu foil transportation adopt sensor switch control, motor transport, avoid the conveying force when PVC and Alu foil first installed with big diameter, heavy weight, then become to small diameter, light weight, then to make synchronization more accurate, transport material more equal and steady.
4. Double layer working table use 1.5mm complete stainless steel, machine appearance all adopt 304SS, forming aluminium alloy, heat-sealing Cr12, cutter Cr13 chrome steel material, the contact parts with medicine all adopt innocuity material, conforms to GMP standard.
5. Cutter around and around can adjust, shorten mould adjustment time, reduce the material wastage.
6. Human Interface Operation, PLC control, stepless frequency inverter speed regulation, according to feeding state and blister sheet size, the speed around 6-36 time/min.
7. Adopt separate structure, easy to enter into clean workshop or through good ladder to enter into building workshop.
8. Adopt Register heating: shorten PVC heating time, effective protect PVC molecular structure, and save energy, when machine stop, the heating plate will open automatically to avoid more heating for PVC. Heating plate material: adopt stainless steel heating tube aluminium injection molding, and have antiseize coating.
